Loss provided a report that allegedly contained false information.
She did not provide bank statements supporting the figures in that report.
Then company officials obtained the statements directly from financial institutions.
When officials obtained those records directly, investigators said discrepancies were discovered.
Loss also allegedly told company officials she had used money to pay off a company loan.
She claimed to company officials that the debt had been satisfied.
