An Illinois woman is back in custody facing 21 pending charges following her latest arrest on Sunday night, police said.
Lindsay Marie Rozner, 40, was taken into custody by Wilmington police.
The accused was booked into the Will County Jail following the arrest, according to records.
It was not her first time inside the county booking facility, records show. Several separate criminal cases remain pending against her.
Four different law-enforcement agencies booked Rozner into the Will County Jail over the course of 2025, records show.
Those bookings were carried out by officers from Shorewood, Crest Hill, Kankakee County and Will County, records show.
In one Crest Hill case, the defendant allegedly drove a vehicle directly at a man and struck him, prosecutors said.
That incident resulted in charges of aggravated assault and battery, court records show.
In another case, Rozner is accused of illegally entering a man’s apartment while holding a cigarette lighter, according to records.

She allegedly threatened to burn the man during the intrusion, records state. That encounter resulted in charges of criminal trespass, assault and disorderly conduct.
Another arrest occurred on July 4 during a traffic stop, police said.
Rozner allegedly refused commands to exit a vehicle during that stop, police said. She also resisted officers by pulling her arms away, according to police.
That traffic encounter also resulted in allegations involving an open alcohol container, disregarding a traffic light and improper lane usage, police said.
One of her previous arrests had already earned attention online, according to reports.
Body-camera footage from a 2025 Dwight police encounter reportedly captured the accused yelling directly at an officer.
“I am Jesus Christ’s daughter! I am the law!” Rozner reportedly shouted at the officer.
Before her latest arrest, family members had reportedly posted in a Wilmington community Facebook group asking people to be on the lookout for her.
Residents subsequently reported seeing Rozner around town, according to reports. Police took her into custody Sunday night, officers said.
Rozner is currently held in the Will County Jail, where the 21 charges against her remain pending.
