“I WILL KILL YOU”!!! BELIEVE IT OR NOT, POLICE SAY 49-YEAR-OLD PAMELA CISNEROS WENT ON A DEADLY TIMES SQUARE STABBING SPREE WITH TWO KNIVES BEFORE BEING FATALLY SHOT BY OFFICERS SHE CHARGED AT, PROMPTING HER MOTHER TO QUESTION WHY POLICE COULD NOT SIMPLY GRAB HER ARM.

The mother of Pamela Cisneros is questioning the fatal police shooting of her daughter in Times Square.
Cisneros, 49, was shot and killed by NYPD officers on Monday afternoon.
The shooting occurred after Cisneros stabbed two people during an unprovoked spree, police said.
One of the victims was killed and another was seriously wounded.
The entire incident unfolded within a window of roughly 20 minutes beginning around 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
Panicked tourists and commuters ran for safety during the attacks.
According to police, Cisneros drew two knives out of a red Target bag.
The first victim was identified as Tak Kam, a 68-year-old father from Rhode Island.
Kam was exiting the subway on West 41st Street when the attack occurred.
He was waiting to cross the street when Cisneros stabbed him in the abdomen, police said.
Kam was left seriously wounded.
Then, Cisneros continued walking up toward 42nd Street.
Seconds later, she fatally stabbed 32-year-old Erin Piacenti.
Piacenti was a vice president at Bank of America from Chester, New Jersey.
She was a new mother who had just returned to work from maternity leave.
Four days before her murder, Piacenti had posted a photo of herself smiling broadly while holding her infant and standing with her husband.
She wrote in the caption how happy she was.
The infant had recently been baptized.
Piacenti and her husband had just celebrated their second wedding anniversary.
The couple had also been taking time off to travel.
Following the stabbings, cell phone video showed Cisneros surrounded by police officers.
Footage captured Cisneros holding a large knife in each hand.
The video showed her threatening to kill the officers surrounding her.
NYPD officers initially attempted to deploy tasers against Cisneros.
The tasers proved ineffective.
Cisneros then rushed at the officers while waving the knives in her hands.
Two officers opened fire as she charged toward them, dramatic footage shows.
Cisneros was struck by gunfire at the scene.
She was transported to Bellevue Hospital.
Cisneros was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
Her mother, who did not give her name, spoke to Fox 5 News in Spanish on Tuesday.
“There were so many police… why didn’t they grab her by the arm?” Cisneros’ mother asked Fox 5 News.
Her family has pointed to a long history of mental illness.
Cisneros was a mother of three who lived in Queens.
Her brother, Patrick Peralta, 59, spoke to The Post on Tuesday regarding her condition.
Peralta said his sister suffered from bipolar disorder.
He stated that she had been receiving treatment for the condition in recent years.
Peralta added that his sister “never showed any aggressiveness.”
“I don’t know what happened,” Peralta said.
Peralta stated that his sister had found some stability through medication in recent years.
He also noted that she had reported feeling “fine” as recently as Saturday.
Yet police records show Cisneros had a documented mental health history with the NYPD.
That history included a prior suicide attempt, according to police records.
In December 2018, Cisneros drew the attention of NYPD officers along Lexington Avenue, sources said.
Sources stated she was intoxicated, belligerent, and screaming along the street at that time.
In March 2019, Cisneros attempted to kill herself in Queens, sources said.
Sources stated she attempted suicide by jumping in front of an E train.
Court records indicate that Cisneros’ marriage began falling apart around that same period.
Her husband filed for divorce in Hillsborough County, Florida, during 2020.
The divorce was finalized last year.
The fatal Times Square encounter ended the unprovoked Monday afternoon rampage.
Kam was hospitalized with severe injuries from the initial stabbing on West 41st Street.
Piacenti died from her wounds following the attack on 42nd Street.
Cisneros died from her injuries at Bellevue Hospital.
