“I WANT TO CONFESS”!!! BELIEVE IT OR NOT, AUTHORITIES SAY A KENTUCKY YOUTH PASTOR CONTACTED POLICE HIMSELF ABOUT CRIMES WITH A 17-YEAR-OLD GIRL… AND HE NOW FACES A FEDERAL ENTICEMENT CHARGE FROM BEHIND BARS.

Jason Coulter served as a youth pastor in Lincoln County, Kentucky.
Investigators say Coulter reached out to state police on his own initiative.
He told authorities he wanted to confess to crimes involving a 17-year-old girl.
On Aug. 14, Coulter allegedly spoke directly with Kentucky State Police.
He allegedly told troopers that he had communicated with the teenager through TikTok and Snapchat.
Those communications were later detailed in a sworn federal affidavit.
According to that federal affidavit, Coulter allegedly admitted exchanging explicit messages and images with the girl.
The alleged exchanges occurred over roughly six weeks in spring 2026.
Investigators say Coulter also admitted meeting the teenager twice for sexual activity.
One alleged encounter occurred at a park in Mercer County.
A second alleged encounter occurred inside his vehicle in Lincoln County.
Police later interviewed the 17-year-old girl about the allegations.
The girl reportedly gave investigators an account similar to what Coulter had described.
She said the two had exchanged nude images through social media.
Investigators subsequently sought search warrants to review electronic evidence.

Additional investigative results remained pending at the time the federal affidavit was filed.
Then federal prosecutors initiated formal charges against the Lincoln County youth pastor.
Federal prosecutors accuse Coulter of using online platforms to persuade, induce or entice a minor to engage in sexual activity.
The accusation constitutes a federal offense under 18 U.S.C. § 2422(b).
Prior to the federal charge, Coulter had already been facing state-level accusations.
He had previously posted a $10,000 bond on those state charges.
But federal authorities subsequently arrested him on the newly filed federal charge.
He was taken into federal custody.
He is currently being held at the Woodford County Detention Center.
Coulter remains detained there pending upcoming federal court proceedings.
And the legal matters against him continue in state court as well.
He faces separate state cases in Lincoln County.
