A Florida woman is facing two battery charges after law enforcement responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence that caught fire minutes later, authorities said.
Elyssa Rouse was arrested after officers responded to the home on North Atlantic Avenue in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
Law enforcement had originally been dispatched to the address for a reported domestic dispute, according to authorities.
Rouse is accused of battery against a person 65 or older, records show.
The suspect is also accused of battery against a law enforcement officer, according to officials.
Approximately 20 minutes after that initial call, emergency crews were dispatched back to the exact same property, authorities said.

Responders returned to the property for an entirely different emergency. The large two-story residence was on fire, officials said.
Firefighters arrived at the scene to find heavy flames burning through the roof, according to authorities.
Crews extinguished the blaze before it could spread to neighboring properties. Even so, the home sustained major damage, officials said.
Despite the timing of the calls, authorities have not publicly accused Rouse of starting the fire, police said.
No arson charge has been announced in the available information, according to authorities.
The cause of the blaze remains an unanswered question, and officials noted the fire should not be attributed to Rouse without additional evidence from investigators.
