A former Georgia daycare worker faces 15 criminal charges involving children in her care, according to prosecutors.
The accused worker, Tulsi Patel, was employed at the now-closed Kids ‘R’ Kids on Webb Bridge Road in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Patel had worked at the daycare for only about two weeks when the accusations surfaced in July 2024, prosecutors said. She now faces 15 criminal counts stemming from allegations involving children at the facility, court records show.
The counts filed against the former employee include aggravated child molestation, according to prosecutors.
When one child was asked who had hurt them, the child allegedly pointed directly at Patel, a parent previously said.
A detective later described daycare surveillance footage to the parent as sounding “bad,” the parent said.

In January 2025, Patel was granted bond, court records show.
Prosecutors have now offered the former daycare worker a plea deal carrying a 25-year sentence, according to prosecutors.
Under the proposed agreement, Patel would serve 20 years in confinement, prosecutors said.
The terms would also require her to register as a sex offender and impose restrictions on her contact with children, prosecutors said.
If she rejects the offer, prosecutors could take the case to trial, according to prosecutors. Upon conviction at trial, her potential sentence could reach life plus 122 years, prosecutors said.
Patel has not been convicted, and the accusations against her remain allegations, court records show. She is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
The defendant has until November 1 to accept or reject the plea offer, prosecutors said.
