“THEY SHOULD BLAST EVERY ICE AGENT THEY FIND”!!! BELIEVE IT OR NOT, FEDERAL PROSECUTORS SAY A 21-YEAR-OLD OHIO MAN POSTED ONLINE THREATS TO SHOOT AND KILL ICE AGENTS… AND HE HAS NOW PLEADED GUILTY TO TWO FEDERAL CHARGES THAT CARRY UP TO 15 YEARS IN PRISON.

Justin Novoa, a 21-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, has formally admitted to federal crimes.
On Monday, Novoa pleaded guilty to two separate federal charges in court.
He pleaded guilty to threatening to assault or murder a federal law enforcement officer.
He also pleaded guilty to making threatening interstate communications.
The federal investigation into his activities began in December 2025.
That month, Homeland Security Investigations received information about threatening messages posted on the platform X.
According to federal prosecutors, Novoa had posted violent statements targeting immigration officers months earlier.
In June 2025, Novoa posted: “they should blast every ice agent they find.”
And authorities said the online threats did not stop there.
In November, Novoa posted additional threats involving shooting ICE agents, according to authorities.
Authorities said those November posts also threatened supporters of the MAGA movement.
But investigators soon intervened at his residence.
