“NOBODY IS GOING TO CATCH ME”!!! BELIEVE IT OR NOT, AUTHORITIES SAY PAROLEE JESUS ACOSTA SHOT AND KILLED TWO PEOPLE DURING A 48-HOUR ROBBERY SPREE ACROSS BROOKLYN AND THE BRONX… AND FEDERAL AGENTS ARE NOW OFFERING A $25,000 REWARD TO TRACK HIM DOWN.

Federal authorities are searching for a parolee accused of killing two people in separate robberies across New York City.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation announced a reward of up to $25,000 on Wednesday evening.
The reward is offered for information leading to the location and apprehension of 31-year-old Jesus Acosta.
Acosta remained on the run following the two fatal shootings.
Authorities said the violent incidents occurred during a 48-hour stickup spree.
The victims were identified as 44-year-old restaurant employee MD Yousef and 33-year-old deli customer Tayvon Shuler.
The first incident occurred around midnight on Sunday, August 23, in Brooklyn.
Acosta allegedly entered America’s Best Wings and Pizza on Rockaway Avenue in the Brownsville neighborhood.
Police said the planned heist quickly turned violent.
Acosta allegedly shot Yousuf in the head during the robbery, officials said.
Yousuf was a father of two.
Gunfire also struck a second man, aged 39, in the leg, officials said.
That surviving victim was identified as Mohammed Rasel.
Rasel said he survived the encounter by pretending to be dead.
He believed the action prevented the gunman from killing him.
“He touched me…thinking I’m acting like I’m dying,” Rasel told WABC.
Then, around 12:15 a.m. on Tuesday, August 25, gunfire erupted during another robbery.

The second shooting took place at a deli on East 149th Street near Walton Avenue in the Concourse section of the Bronx.
Police said the gunman opened fire during the holdup and struck Shuler in the chest.
Emergency responders rushed Shuler to Lincoln Medical Center.
He died from his injuries at the hospital, authorities said.
Douglas Shuler, the victim’s father, spoke to WABC about his son.
He described him as “a good kid” who “would give the shirt off his back.”
“That’s my youngest,” Douglas Shuler said.
“His brothers aren’t too fond of what happened…just got caught in the wrong place at the wrong time,” the father added.
“But that’s how the city is, he’s going to be missed,” he said.
Acosta did not know either of the men who were killed, according to law enforcement.
His own parole officer identified him as the suspect in both shootings, according to law-enforcement sources.
Public records and police show Acosta had previously served just over 10 years in state prison.
He had been imprisoned in connection with a shooting that occurred on May 5, 2015.
That 2015 shooting involved a stranger during a dispute at the 110th Street–Malcolm X Plaza train station in Manhattan.
Acosta was released from state prison on parole in April.
United Bodegas of America announced Wednesday night that it is offering an additional $10,000 reward for information leading to his arrest, according to WABC.
The FBI New York field office stated that Acosta is wanted in connection with the fatal shooting on August 23 in Brooklyn and the robbery on August 25 in the Bronx.
The charges are allegations and have not been proven in court.
